Skatingcode – The Method

Skatingcode – The Method

A clearly guided approach in which development unfolds in a transparent and comprehensible way — regardless of current level.

Safe – thanks to stable positions!
At Skatingcode, we place the highest importance on the correct alignment of the body in relation to the skis. A sense of balance may be a talent – but the right position can be learned!
If necessary, we can also use extra-stable positions during the lessons. This allows us to reduce the risk of falling to an absolute minimum.

Clear – through small, simple steps!
At Skatingcode, we have a large collection of small, focused exercises. Each exercise is thoroughly and clearly described, explained, and demonstrated.
As a participant, you will always understand what to do — and you will never feel overwhelmed: the next exercise is always just one small step further.

Structured – with logical stages!
The individual exercises used in our lessons are interconnected. They represent a proven system and a clearly understandable learning path that leads purposefully toward a result through logically sequenced and well-integrated stages.

We have a plan. We create and optimize systems. We do not treat symptoms — we work on the causes.

Real progress results from the precise execution of a few central, relevant movement patterns — refined through many targeted, varied exercises.

Positive – with joy and energy!
In our lessons, we do not focus on possible mistakes or shortcomings in your skiing technique. Instead, we provide positive guidance toward a new, effective, and correct technique — whether you are a beginner, an advanced skier, or an ambitious recreational racer.
With joy and commitment, we show you exactly how to achieve good and efficient skiing technique — for all performance levels.

And therefore effective!
With small, simple steps, built on safe and stable positions and guided by a structured, proven system, we accompany you with encouragement and a smile on your journey toward better skiing technique — no matter where you are in your cross-country skiing “career.”
We look forward to skiing with you!
